I love this store!! It’s the best of the best and they are very kind and sweet I will forever go and support them. We miss Syeda so much and made us fall in love with this jewelry store. We wish and would love for her to come back! She is a beautiful person and so kind. Thank you to Mahesh for everything you are the best. Also thank you to every staff member. They have, without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am extremely happy with the way my jewelry turned out and couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. If you’re looking for someone who is willing to work with you to make your vision come true, this is absolutely the place you need to go. I asked them for a replication of an earring I lost and they never hesitated to answer any questions I had, provide accurate and detailed estimates, and communicate with me every step of the process. Very reasonable in terms of pricing, but I would have paid twice as much just for the customer service. The earring I came in with had sentimental value to me and I could tell right away that they respected that, working to give me several options and eventually hand-making the end result! I’d rate them 10 stars if I could! The earring on the left is the replica. Up close, you can see more differences but they look practically identical when wearing them! They did offer to make a mold of the original to achieve even more similarity, but I am happy with the way it turned out without it. Fraternal twins, I would say!

I LOVE this place! The staff and service is so amazing. I got my 18 carat gold/diamond wedding ring resized up and their jeweler did such beautiful work. So happy to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable jeweler. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service. Mike knew what he was talking about and helped me pick out a new piece. He also helped remove some links off my watch in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend you go see him if you are looking for a new piece or need an older one repaired.

To the prospective customer who stopped by Crystal Jewelry and did not gain entry. I believe that you missed an opportunity for a wonderful experience. Mahesh, the owner, is sometimes busy with clients and can’t come to the door. However, he can and does open up remotely if one can wait a moment. Please try again, I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly impressed. I ALWAYS am!
